Families with children and adults with disabilities living at home often need support and relief from the day-to-day requirements of caregiving. Our trained team members can provide in-home services to allow caregivers a regular night out, a weekend trip, planned vacation, or to provide care during a short-term medical condition of the primary caregiver. Families can focus on their personal needs knowing that their loved one will be cared for by qualified and caring professionals. Individuals must be eligible for Medicaid Waiver Services.
